Neutronix-Quintel represents AML Bonders in North America (May 2, 2009)

Neutronix-Quintel is now an authorized sales and service representative for AML Wafer Bonders in North America.  The AML bonder is a very complementary offering to our mask aligners and the AML bonder is capable of doing 1um Bond Alignment and Plasma Activation "In Situ".  There is no need for a Bond Aligner, allowing customers to use their Mask Aligner for dedicated Photolithography.
